1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Délices Kitchen website at deliceskitchen.com, placing an order, or submitting a catering inquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Orders & Payment

• —All orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout via our secure payment processor, Stripe.
• —Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• —We reserve the right to cancel any order due to availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
• —You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and payment is processed.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• —Food delivery orders: cancellations must be made within 15 minutes of placing the order. After that, the order may already be in preparation and cannot be cancelled.
• —Catering bookings: cancellations made more than 7 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
• —If we cancel your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 business days.
• —Refund requests for quality issues must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

4. Catering Bookings

• —Submitting a catering inquiry does not guarantee availability. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us.
• —Final headcount and menu selections must be confirmed at least 72 hours before the event.
• —We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion.

5. Allergen Disclaimer

Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, and shellfish. While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free of allergens. If you have a severe food allergy, please contact us before ordering.

6. Delivery

• —Delivery is available within our service area in Washington State. Addresses outside our service area will not be accepted at checkout.
• —Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or high order volume.
• —You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. User Accounts

• —You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
• —You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• —We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and recipes — is owned by Délices Kitchen and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Délices Kitchen is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order or service in question.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Washington State.
