Ordering & Delivery
We currently deliver within Washington State. Service areas may vary — contact us for your specific location.
Typical delivery time is 45–75 minutes depending on your location and current order volume. You'll receive a real-time tracking link via SMS once your order is out for delivery.
There is no minimum for online food orders. For catering events, the minimum booking is $500.
Yes! Once your driver picks up your order, you'll receive a text message with a live tracking link. You can also track your order in your account dashboard.
Yes, you can place an order in advance. For catering orders, we recommend booking at least 2 weeks ahead.
Menu & Food
Yes, we use halal-certified meats for all our African and Caribbean dishes. Please note the BBQ Brisket and Southern Fried Chicken are also halal.
Yes! We can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free requests. Please note any restrictions in the special notes field when ordering or booking.
Everything is cooked fresh to order. We never use frozen pre-made dishes. Our sourcing is local whenever possible.
Yes, allergen information is listed on each menu item. Please review before ordering and contact us with any concerns.
Catering & Events
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance for smaller events (under 50 guests) and 4–8 weeks for larger events.
Yes, our Silver and Gold packages include event staff for setup, serving, and breakdown. The Bronze package is drop-off only.
We cater baby showers, graduation parties, birthday parties, corporate events, and any special occasion. No event is too big or too small!
Fill out our booking form with your event details. We'll contact you within 24–48 hours with a personalized quote. A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Absolutely! During the consultation, we'll work with you to create a menu that reflects your preferences, dietary needs, and event theme.
Payments & Cancellations
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure Stripe-powered checkout.
For online food orders: cancellations within 15 minutes of placing the order are fully refunded. For catering bookings: cancellations 7+ days before the event receive a 75% refund; cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
Yes. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your card information on our servers.
